Structures and Production Management
- Planning and delivering a complex structures program across the entire Climate Summit 2023 site in Dubai Expo City.
- Structure elements including: Tents, Scaffolding, Power, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Ramps, Flooring, Cabins & Containers.
- Developing working processes allowing construction to take place and continue under strict UN Security Regulations.
- After site wide infrastructure was delivered, we were then responsible for the Production Management COP’s Metro Plaza. This high-profile area was the 400,000 attendees intial introduction to COP28. With a unique scenic plan to deliver, the area also housed UN security staff, local police, COP Accreditation and the Host Media Broadcast Centre.
