The brief
Managed all on-site operations for the touring show: labour, site irrigation, deliveries, container placement and site construction, with load-ins and load-outs of over 150 trucks and a workforce that at times exceeded 250 people across carpentry, plumbing, electrics, seating, tents and structures.
