The brief
Led delivery of the exhibition experience inside the UAE’s national pavilion: translating the creative concept into built galleries, integrating content, lighting and interactive media, and coordinating a supply chain that stretched the length of Japan and across Asia and the Middle East.
Worked directly with Emirati artisans to turn raw materials into full-scale, immersive exhibits of Emirati culture and heritage. The pavilion welcomed 4.9 million visitors, the most of any national pavilion at Expo 2025.
